Here’s my superhero movie Top 20 (as of today’s viewing of X-Men: First Class):

  10. Iron Man

  14. Superman
  15. The Mask of Zorro
  16. Blade
  17. The Rocketeer
  18. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  19. Spider-Man
  20. Batman Returns
This list is subject to change since Green Lantern and Captain America have not come out in theaters yet. Also, 2012 should be a big year for this genre: Amazing Spider-Man, The Avengers, and The Dark Knight Rises (my favorite among the three) all debut. Next year doesn’t even account for the future of comic book movies; in my estimation, it looks quite grand!
